This system has a normal operating pressure of around 42,000 lbs. It compacts waste discharged from the chute directly into a wheelie bin or bag trolley. Because it is fully hot dip galvanised it is the only chute fed compactor on the market that will not corrode in what is a testing environment.
These are our most popular styles of compacting machine. This machine is attached to the discharges of refuse chutes and compacts rubbish at a rate of 4 to 1 directly into standard 240 litre wheelie bins. The 240-litre wheelie bin is most councils preferred style of container for collection. Compacting directly into small wheelie bins is ideal because waste never has to be handled. When the bins on the carousel are full they can be closed, removed, and wheeled to wherever needed. They can be left out for collection and empty bins can replace them on the carousel. It has the advantage of being the easiest system on the market to load and unload as well as being one of the cheapest.
This system is connected to the discharges of refuse chutes and compacts rubbish directly into polythene bags. The B6 version has a very small footprint and is therefore ideal for situations where space in the refuse chutes discharge rooms comes at a premium. The B6 is able to compact 2.5 metres (cubed) of rubbish. While the B10 version also has a relatively small footprint it is able to compact 4.1metres (cubed) of rubbish.
